MZE Pickleball — Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an MZE Pickleball account or using our app you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy (mzepickleball.com/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
MZE Pickleball is the member app of the MZE pickleball club in Georgia. It lets you book courts, join open games, track rankings, register for events, and message other members.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account, which permanently removes your data.
4. Community conduct — zero tolerance
MZE has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Do not post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You can report any message (··· → Report) and block any member in the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; we remove violating content and eject offending users.
5. Bookings and payments
Court bookings and event fees pay for physical court time and services at real-world facilities. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Cancellation and refund terms are shown at the time of booking.
6. Fair play
Rankings and match results depend on honest reporting. Deliberately falsifying results may lead to score corrections or account suspension.
7. Liability
Pickleball is a physical sport — you participate at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MZE is not liable for injuries, lost property, or indirect damages arising from club play or app use.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the club and app evolve. Material changes will be announced in the app; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
