Tap the + button, choose Book a Court, pick your location, date, time,
and duration, then pay securely with your card. You'll receive a
confirmation email immediately.How do I cancel a booking?
Open your booking from the Home tab and tap Cancel. Cancellations made
more than 3 hours before your session are free. After that, a 50% fee
applies.How do open games work?
When a player creates an open game, the court cost is split evenly
between all players. Join the game and pay your share — the organizer
is notified and you're confirmed once payment is complete.How do I join the waitlist?
If a game is full, tap Join Waitlist. You'll be notified automatically
if a spot opens up.How does the ranking system work?
Your club rating is based on match results logged in the app. Ratings
range from C (beginner) to A (elite). Log your scores after each
match to keep your ranking current.I was charged but my booking didn't confirm. What do I do?
Email us at info@mzepickleball.com with your name and the date of the
charge. We will resolve it within 24 hours.The app isn't working. What should I try?
Force-close the app and reopen it. If the problem persists, delete and
reinstall from the App Store. Still stuck? Email us.
