MZE Pickleball — Privacy Policy
MZE Pickleball (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the MZE Pickleball mobile application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the information you choose to share with those services.
Booking & payment information
When you book a court or join a game, we store your booking details (court, date, time, players). Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number — Stripe handles all payment data securely. See stripe.com/privacy.
Usage data
We collect basic usage information such as the features you use and how you interact with the app. This helps us improve the experience.
Push notifications
If you grant permission, we send push notifications about your bookings, games, and club announcements. You can disable these in your device settings at any time.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Process and confirm bookings and payments
- Send booking confirmations and receipts by email
- Send push notifications relevant to your activity
- Display your name and rating in club rankings
- Improve and maintain the app
3. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Supabase (database & authentication) — supabase.com/privacy
- Stripe (payment processing) — stripe.com/privacy
- OneSignal (push notifications) — onesignal.com/privacy
- Apple Sign In — apple.com/legal/privacy
- Google Sign In — policies.google.com/privacy
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your information with third parties except the services listed above, which are necessary to operate the app.
5. Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. You may also request deletion by emailing info@mzepickleball.com — we will process your request within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time

7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
